David Goodfellow – Managing Director
David Goodfellow started out at the age of 16 as an office trainee. He gained qualifications at Bradford College of Building whilst working for a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice. Initially, David worked as a Quantity Surveyor, graduating into Development Cost Consulting and Procurement and Construction Management. David has over 40 years’ experience in managing all aspects of building projects ranging in value from £50,000 to in excess of £20 million.
Our transparent, no-nonsense approach to Project Management has earned us the respect and trust of our diverse clients, for whom we have become the “go to” people to appoint regardless of obstacles or setbacks. This is demonstrated by the number of repeat clients who continue to entrust a wide variety of retail, commercial, industrial, and residential projects to Howell Goodfellow.
