Howell Goodfellow were engaged to form part of the professional team to redevelop an underperforming retail park located at Christchurch, Dorset. Initial appraisals concluded that a new build scheme would result in the best returns on investment.

Howell Goodfellow engaged with a number of potential tenants who were interested in occupying the new retail space. This progressed to negotiation and agreement of the landlords specifications with 6 tenants. As part of our Employers Agent services, Howell Goodfellow managed the tender and construction phases of the project continuing to liaise with the tenants throughout.
